I am a serious photographer who does not take himself too seriously.

Why? I believe staying open to new experiences and people is essential to create great things and capture unique moments.

Why I do what I do.

The thrill of getting the shot I envisioned during a fashion shoot.

That tired but happy feeling after a day and night of capturing a beautiful bride and groom on their special day.

Seeing my work being used by clients around the world, helping them to tell their stories.

The happiness of people seeing authentic and candid portraits of their loved ones.

The energy of a stage and a crowd in a packed concert hall.

Each project and photo is unique, and I approach every job individually with care, purpose, and intention. I will go above and beyond to get that perfect shot (or shots).
It does not matter if it means carrying many kilos of equipment up an alpine range to photograph some “Lederhosen” or standing at the edge of a shore with sharp rocks being hit by waves to get that ideal angle of the bride and groom.

Why is my page in English even though I am German?

My friends and clients have a broad spectrum of backgrounds and languages, which is why my page is in English (even though I am German/Latin-American, living in Munich).
