I believe everyone is photogenic. Why? People like themselves in photographs when they can see their actual selves in them. I want to talk with the people I photograph. It does not matter if you are in the studio or where you feel at home: my portraits focus on the personality of the human side, and I seek to understand how you see yourself and how to capture it.
Why do I love portraits? There are 7.7 billion people in the world, and every single one of those lives is a story waiting to be told, a character waiting to be captured and what better way to do that than through photography?
The buzz of the red carpet, the energy of a stage, the focus of a workshop… Every event has a unique atmosphere waiting to be captured. But as different every event may be, they all demand the same things: focus, patience and the eye to capture the right moment and help you share the story.
My personal recipe for street photography: open eyes, quick reflexes, a lot of patience, no fear to talk to people and most importantly: cozy walking shoes. The result: a lot of shots, getting to know the locals and a lot of burned calories.
